Job summary

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is seeking an experienced mechanical engineer to understand project requirements and support delivery from kickoff to implementation across CAD and CAE activities. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure design integrity and successful validation.

The role involves CAD support, BOM preparation, drawing release, and collaboration with internal/external experts to drive quality initiatives and part development, while aligning with program milestones.

• Understand Project requirements as per program milestones.
• Support Project delivery from kick-off to implementation, including CAE and validation.

• Release of drawings and models with system engineer.
• Preparation of Bill of Materials.
• Support to CDMM and other implementation team for part development and quality initiatives.

• Understand Project requirements as per program milestones. (Any OEM Product development gateway systems)
• Support Project delivery related to engineering and design from kick off to implementation, including QFD, benchmarking, feature analysis, engineering, drawing and model preparation release, CAE and physical validation support, development Implementation support, DFMEA, DVP
• CAD support for engineering proposals preparation in consultation with internal external (supplier) experts
• Release of drawings and model with system engineer
• Preparation of Bill of Material
• Support to CDMM and other implementation team for part development and quality initiatives
