• Support project delivery from kick-off to implementation, including QFD, benchmarking, feature analysis, engineering, drawing and model preparation release, CAE and physical validation support, development implementation support, DFMEA, DVP.
• CAD support for engineering proposals in consultation with internal/external suppliers.
• Release of drawings and models with system engineer.
• Preparation of Bill of Materials.
• Support to CDMM and other implementation teams for part development and quality initiatives.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Understand Project requirements as per program milestones. (Any OEM Product development gateway systems)
• Support Project delivery related to engineering and design from kick off to implementation, including QFD, benchmarking, feature analysis, engineering, drawing and model preparation release, CAE and physical validation support, development Implementation support, DFMEA, DVP
• CAD support for engineering proposals preparation in consultation with internal external (supplier) experts
• Release of drawings and model with system engineer
• Preparation of Bill of Material
• Support to CDMM and other implementation team for part development and quality initiatives

Experience

2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Trims
