Mahindra and Mahindra Limited invites an experienced Support Lead Engineer to drive daily program duties in vehicle development. You will coordinate across Vehicle Development, Systems Engineering and Programs Office under guidance from the Manager and Project Lead Engineer.

You will support the delivery of Vehicle Attribute Targets, maintain meeting agendas and minutes, and contribute to evaluation plans and health charts for the program.

Formación

• BE/B.Tech degree in engineering
• 8–10 years of experience in vehicle development or lead engineering roles
• Experience liaising between Vehicle Development, Systems Engineering and Programs Office
• Ability to coordinate meetings and deliver program tasks

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily program duties as Support Lead Engineer.
• Liaise between Vehicle Development, Systems Engineering and Programs Office lead.
• Accept coaching, guidance and instruction from Manager and Project Lead Engineer.
• Support in delivery of Vehicle Attribute Targets for Programs.
• Support agenda items at Vehicle Development Meetings.
• Maintain agenda and minutes of Vehicle Development Meetings.
• Support Evaluation plans (methods and timings).
• Support maintenance of overall Program Vehicle Attribute Health Chart and resulting tasks.
• Support delivery of Vehicle Level Requirements, with guidance of Lead Engineer.
• Support Attribute Targets from KO to SoP.
• Translate customer data and Brand DNA with Lead Engineer in support.
• Support Attribute Trade-off Process with Vehicle Development Engineer
