Job summary

Xeno is seeking a Solution Architect to be the primary technical advisor for key customers, collaborating with client stakeholders, engineering, and product teams to ensure maximum value and quick resolution of technical issues.

You’ll own the end-to-end solutioning, from kickoff to go-live and hypercare, and work with Product, Engineering, and CS to design, test, and deploy integrations (APIs, Webhooks, data sources).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, B.Tech, or equivalent.
• 2-5 years in SaaS, support, implementation, or customer success.
• Strong understanding of SQL, APIs (Pull, Push, Webhooks), and data management.
• Clear and empathetic communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable with Excel, testing APIs, and basic debugging.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation skills.

Responsibilities
