Job summary

LeadSquared in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Manager - Implementation to lead a team of Implementation Consultants and drive end-to-end product deployments for enterprise customers. This role combines people leadership with customer engagement and project management.

You will own onboarding, product configuration, customization, and go-live timelines, while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Support, and Engineering to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7–12 years of experience in SaaS Implementation, Professional Services, Customer Success, or Consulting.
• 4+ years of experience managing implementation teams.
• Strong understanding of CRM, SaaS products, APIs, workflows, and business process automation.
• Experience managing multiple enterprise implementation projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
• Strong project management and analytical abilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle customer escalations with a solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Implementation Consultants.

• Identify implementation risks and proactively develop mitigation plans.
• Track team productivity, utilization, and implementation KPIs.
• Conduct regular team reviews, coaching sessions, and performance management.
• Develop implementation best practices, SOPs, and reusable templates.
• Provide product feedback to internal teams based on customer requirements.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience.
