Job summary

Instinct in Bengaluru, India, seeks a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end deployments for enterprise customers. You will work with product, support, and engineering teams to ensure successful deployments, integrations and onboarding.

You will analyze user needs, create BA artefacts, and manage data implementations, reporting, and platform integrations. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential in a distributed, international team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience as an Implementation Consultant.
• Experience at a Big 4 or equivalent tier-one consulting/financial company preferred.
• Strong BA toolkit including elicitation, stakeholder management, and documentation.
• Experience in technology/data implementations, esp. financial services or SaaS.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear business requirements.
• Proficiency with BPMN/UML and agile delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to analyze needs and requirements.
• Create artefacts such as user stories, backlog items, specs, and process flows.
• Support end-to-end tech implementations, integrations, and reporting solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Consultant to support end-to-end implementation of our products and solutions for enterprise customers. You will work closely with customers, product, support, and engineering teams to ensure successful deployments, integrations, and onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders, Product Management, and the product software delivery teams to analyse user needs and functional requirements.
• Creating artefacts, including user stories, Product Backlog Items, specification or support documents, process flows and carrying out related admin tasks
• Support end-to-end technology and data implementations, including PaaS platforms, integrations, and reporting solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, virtual sessions, and presentations to clearly communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Liaise with Software Engineers, Project Managers, QA team, UX team and other stakeholders during various stages of the Project.
• You should possess a high level of professionalism, cultural awareness, and confidence when interacting with clients.
• Document requirements, processes, and solutions using tools like Confluence, ensuring clarity and traceability for future reference.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional experience as an Implementation Consultant.
• Prior work experience at a Big 4 consultancy(PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG) or equivalent tier-one consulting/financial companies.
• Strong Business Analysis toolkit, including requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, process mapping, and documentation.
• Demonstrated experience in technology and data implementations, ideally within financial services, SaaS platforms, or data-heavy projects.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts (data pipelines, APIs, integrations, reporting) into clear business requirements.
• Proficiency in business process modelling(BPMN, UML, swimlane diagrams).
• Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks(Scrum/Kanban) and familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Basic exposure to SQL (if you have development experience, then it's a plus).
