Job summary

FreshToHome is seeking an Operations Hub Executive to oversee daily hub activities at the Gurugram facility. You will manage opening/closing, supervise executives, plan deliveries, and ensure staff are trained in operational standards.

You will create run sheets, assign daily work, prepare and share daily reports, and handle petty cash. You may participate in delivering shipments to customers as required, with emphasis on efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Hub opening & closing is done as per operational standard and requirements.
• Supervise the Executives As per the Shipments.
• Planning as per Deliveries
• Ensure all team members are trained and are aware of operational standards.
• Sorting shipment as per defined routes.
• Create the Run sheet/Pickup sheet and assign daily work to Executives
• Prepare Reports; Check and revert on mails.
• Execute Hub work.
• Prepare and share Daily reports.
• Handling Petty cash
• Participate in delivering the shipment/pickup as per operational requirement to the customer when required.
• Hiring Man power As per the Requirement
• Dhankot factory inventory management and daily hub operation management.
