Job summary

Reliance Infrastructure seeks a capable Operations Coordinator to manage daily pick-up, delivery, and line-haul connections, coordinating with customers and teams for inbound and outbound load visibility. You will ensure SOP adherence, optimize resources, and drive efficiency across hub operations.

The role requires graduate-level education with 2–4 years in transport coordination, MIS, and escalation handling. Expect a hands-on, fast-paced environment with a focus on performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate with relevant logistics/operations exposure.
• Experience in transport coordination and operations execution preferred.
• Strong ability to work with MIS & reports and handle escalations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily pick-up, delivery and line-haul connections to ensure on-time operations.
• Monitor inbound/outbound loads and plan resources (vehicles/manpower) accordingly.
• Ensure 100% SOP adherence and drive cost, network and resource optimization.
• Review BI/TMS reports to ensure SLAs are met and take proactive actions to avoid escalations.
• Ensure hub infra AMC and maintain HSE, legal and statutory compliance.

Job description

"Daily operation management for pick-up, delivery & line-haul connections on time. Co-ordinate with customers/seller/fulfilment team for inbound and outbound load visibility to plan resources (vehicle/manpower etc.). Ensure 100% SOP adherence and no deviation from process laid down by organization. Develop innovative ideas with team to ensure cost, network and resource optimization with high level of operation efficiency. To drive best practices in HUB operation and maintain high level of integrity in all area of hub operation amongst team. Regular monitoring of connection, handling business exception and initiating proactive action to avoid escalations. To monitor and review BI/TMS reports and ensure SLAs are met. To ensure regular AMC of Infra in hub. To ensure team building with high level of performance output. Monitoring of HSE , legal & statutory compliance adherence in HUB
