Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in institutional sales, equity placement, investment banking, Pre-IPO or capital markets.
• Strong, active relationships with institutional investors.
• Proven IPO/private placement fundraising experience.
• Understanding of investor behaviour and equity markets.
• Genuine investor network capable of generating participation.

Responsibilities

• Lead institutional fundraising for IPO projects.
• Develop and maintain an investor network across AIFs, mutual funds, PMSs, family offices and HNIs and institutional investors.
• Identify right investors for each transaction based on sector, ticket size, investment mandate and transaction structure.
• Lead investor outreach, deal presentations, management meetings, negotiations and transaction closure.
• Build and maintain an active investor pipeline for upcoming Pre-IPO opportunities.
• Work closely with the deal origination and execution teams to understand transaction positioning, valuation and investor requirements.
• Independently manage investor relationships and drive fundraising/placement closure.

• Develop and maintain a strong investor network across AIFs, mutual funds, PMSs, family offices, HNIs, institutional investors and strategic investors.
• Identify the right investors for each transaction based on sector, ticket size, investment mandate and transaction structure.
• Lead investor outreach, deal presentations, management meetings, negotiations and transaction closure.
