VG Solutions in Mumbai is seeking a senior fundraising professional to lead IPO and Pre-IPO initiatives. The role requires a proven track record in IPOs and private placements, plus a strong network across AIFs, mutual funds, PMSs, family offices, and HNIs.

You will manage investor meetings, prepare presentations, and negotiate closures, while coordinating with deal and research teams to drive successful fundraisings.

Qualifications

• 7+ yrs of exp in Institutional Sales, Investment Banking, IPOs or Pre-IPO
• Strong network of AIFs, mutual funds, PMSs, family offices and HNIs
• Proven experience in IPO and private placement fundraising
