Role: Head Investor Relation (IPO Management)

Location: Delhi

Job Description

• Extensive experience in Capital Markets – Equity Fund Raising through IPO Management
• In-depth knowledge of SEBI Regulations and other regulations relevant for equity and debt market transactions.
• Coordinating with SEBI, stock exchanges and other agencies, if any, to ensure timely completion of the entire process
• Fundraising Execution: Spearhead the execution of various fundraising mechanisms, including:
  • Initial Public Offerings (IPOs)
  • Follow-on Public Offerings (FPOs)
  • Private Placements
  • Qualified Institutional Placements (QIP)
  • Overseas funding sources
  • ECBs
• Responsible for end-to-end experience in Fund-Raising transactions.
• Liaison with Advisors, Investment banking on regular basis and keep the management updated on such interactions

Educational Qualification / Work Experience / Skills

• MBA in Finance /CA / CFA or similar certifications preferred with Min. 18 years+ of experience in Finance, Equity Market, Merchant Banking/ Investment Banker with experience into IPO Management.
• Strong understanding of financial modelling, valuation techniques, and market analysis.
• Experience interacting with senior management, clients, and institutional investors.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, a deep passion for investing
