Job summary

Prestige Group is seeking a senior civil engineering leader to drive high-rise residential projects. You will oversee end-to-end execution, from foundation to handover, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery using Aluminium Formwork (MIVAN).

The role requires 18–20 years of relevant experience, with leadership in planning, coordination with architects and MEP teams, and strong cost control. B.Tech/B.E.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• M.Tech in Construction Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise residential projects from foundation to handover.
• Ensure delivery within approved timelines, budget, quality, and safety standards.
• Manage planning, execution, contractor performance, and resource optimization.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, statutory authorities, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive implementation of Aluminium Formwork with efficient construction cycles.
• Monitor project progress, cost control, quality assurance, safety compliance, and RERA milestones.
• Lead testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and customer handover.

Experience:

• 18 to 20 years of relevant experience in high-rise residential construction.


• Successfully completed at least two high-rise residential projects using Aluminium Formwork (MIVAN) within the last 10 years.


• Experience with reputed real estate developers preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise residential projects from foundation to handover.


• Ensure delivery within approved timelines, budget, quality, and safety standards.


• Manage planning, execution, contractor performance, and resource optimization.


• Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, statutory authorities, and internal stakeholders.


• Drive implementation of Aluminium Formwork with efficient construction cycles.


• Monitor project progress, cost control, quality assurance, safety compliance, and RERA milestones.


• Lead testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and customer handover.

Technical Skills

• High-rise RCC and shear wall construction.

• Proficiency in Primavera/MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
