Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Manage slab cycle planning, formwork productivity, and construction sequencing.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with MEP, QA/QC, planning, contracts, and site teams.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, vendors, and authorities.
• Monitor costs, material consumption, labour productivity, and billing.
• Prepare MIS reports and present project status to senior management.

Role Overview

The Assistant General Manager Projects will be responsible for end-to-end execution of high-rise residential projects using Mivan / aluminum formwork systems. The role involves planning, coordination, quality control, cost management, and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead construction and execution of high-rise residential buildings using Mivan / aluminum formwork
• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Manage slab cycle planning, formwork productivity, and construction sequencing
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements
• Coordinate with MEP, QA/QC, planning, contracts, and site teams

Requirements

• B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 12+ years of experience in high-rise residential construction
• Strong experience in Mivan / aluminum formwork systems
• Experience handling multi-tower projects and large teams
• Good knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and MEP coordination
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
