A Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist identifies, attracts, and hires qualified candidates to meet company staffing needs, focusing on long-term hiring strategies and employer branding. They manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.

The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required.
