Job summary

Quality Hr Services in India (Pardi location) seeks a Sr. Executive - Store with 7-8 years of packaging store experience. The role covers accurate inward/outward movement of packaging materials, stock control, and ERP-based record-keeping.

You will supervise store staff, coordinate with procurement and production for material planning, monitor FIFO/FEFO, ensure safety/quality compliance, and generate consumption reports to optimize store performance.

Qualifications

• Must manage RM Stores Inventory correctly and maintain stock levels.
• Strong supervision and team coordination skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication required.

• Maintain stock levels and ensure no shortage/excess inventory
• Monitor FIFO / FEFO practices for packaging items

• Maintain inventory records in ERP systems (e.g., SAP ERP, Oracle ERP)
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies

• Minimize wastage and improve store efficiency
• Supervise store assistants and workers
