Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing, preferably in B2B, IT services or SaaS.
• Proven track record of generating quality leads.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Sales Navigator and SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Target-driven and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta.
• Manage budgets and improve cost per lead and return on ad spend.
• Build complete campaigns: target audience, offer, landing page, ad creative, tracking and reporting.
• Find and reach potential clients on LinkedIn using Sales Navigator.
• Run LinkedIn outreach through connection requests and message sequences that book meetings.
• Set up and manage affiliate and referral programs.
• Generate leads through the ServiceNow partner ecosystem and similar platforms.
