NIIT Foundation is seeking a Sr. Executive – Institutional Partnership to build and manage partnerships with colleges and educational institutions, drive monthly tie-up targets, and oversee MoU processes.
The role requires engaging with stakeholders, expanding programs, and maintaining records, with travel as needed. You will collaborate with trainers and students to monitor attendance, ensure program success, and implement improvements.
NIIT Foundation (NF) is a not-for-profit education society ( NGO ) set up by the promoters of NIIT in 2004. Its mission is to positively impact the underprivileged of the country through educational initiatives and skill development programs . NIIT Foundation, an Education NGO has a mandate to reach the unreached, uncared and unattended to ensure inclusive development of India.
To shape the mandate, NIIT Foundation has begun a number of programs like donate for child education, skill development, Financial literacy and all, that positively impact the underserved of the country through various educational interventions. The intent of NF is to better understand the education and employability issues at the grassroots level. The organisation builds corporate and ngo partnerships for sustainable development.
1. Build and manage partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
2. Drive monthly targets for institutional tie-ups, lead generation, and conversions.
3. Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partner institutions.
4. Lead the end-to-end MoU process, from engagement and negotiation to documentation and closure.
5. Identify new partnership opportunities and support programme expansion.
6. Develop innovative approaches to improve partnership effectiveness and programme outcomes.
7. Maintain partnership records, reports, presentations, and regular stakeholder updates.
8. Travel as required for institutional meetings and partnership development.
9. Managing internal systems (LMS/Pulse) and MIS, other reports.
10. Monitor student attendance, activity, engagement logs and program success and collect and analyse feedback from students on training sessions, ensuring continuous improvement.
11. Ensure the selection and onboarding of suitable candidates for training programs.
12. Collaborate with trainers and students to monitor attendance, encourage participation, and counsel as necessary.

1. Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience in institutional partnerships, business development, or stakeholder management.
2. Experience with educational institutions, universities, skilling organisations, or CSR programmes preferred.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and follow-up skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, documentation, G-drive and reporting.
5. Proactive, adaptable, and target-oriented with willingness to travel.
6. Exposure to skilling, employability, digital education, or capacity-building programmes is an advantage.
