Experienced Packing Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager responsible for overseeing packaging operations, ensuring product quality, production efficiency, and compliance with packaging standards in manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments. Skilled in packaging line management, documentation control, team coordination, and process optimization. Adept at maintaining timely dispatch readiness, minimizing packaging defects, and ensuring adherence to GMP, safety, and operational procedures.

• Manage day-to-day packaging operations to meet production and dispatch targets.
• Supervise packaging lines and ensure smooth execution of packing activities.
• Monitor packaging quality, labeling accuracy, and product integrity throughout operations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, safety, and packaging standards.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, QA, and engineering teams for workflow continuity.
• Review and maintain packaging records, batch documentation, and operational logs.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive or breakdown maintenance support.
• Ensure availability of packaging materials, labels, and consumables.
