Job summary

2coms is seeking a Senior Manager – Demand & Production Planning to lead end-to-end Demand, Production, and Supply Planning in an FMCG environment. The role requires strong forecasting, S&OP, MRP/MPS, and KPI management skills.

The candidate should have 7+ years in planning and hands-on experience in both Demand and Production Planning, plus SAP/ERP, Power BI, and Advanced Excel proficiency. This is a full-time on-site position based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in both Demand Planning and Production Planning.
• Strong expertise in forecasting, S&OP, MRP, MPS, capacity planning, inventory optimization, and KPI management.
• 7+ years of total experience in planning / supply chain.
• Manager / Senior Manager-level experience in PPC / Planning.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP, S&OE, MRP, MPS, and Capacity Planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead Demand Planning and Production Planning activities.
• Drive demand forecasting, SKU-level planning, MAPD?iel? (MAPE) and forecast accuracy.
• Develop production plans based on demand, capacity, material availability, and inventory.
• Lead S&OP / S&OE planning reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Manage MRP, MPS, Capacity Planning, and Inventory Planning.
• Monitor OTIF, inventory health, excess and non-moving inventory.
• Track orders from planning through production and dispatch.
• Monitor planning KPIs, capacity utilization, and production performance.
• Support new product launches and multi-SKU planning.
• Prepare MIS, KPI dashboards, and management reports.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and cross-functional coordination.

• Strong understanding of OTIF, Forecast Accuracy, MAPE, Bias, SKU Planning, and Inventory Management .
  
• Hands-on experience with SAP / ERP, Power BI, and Advanced Excel .
