Job summary

2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee end-to-end Demand & Production Planning in an FMCG environment. The role requires hands-on planning and strong forecasting, MRP, and capacity management expertise.

The candidate will drive S&OP/S&OE reviews, manage KPI dashboards, and coordinate across functions to optimize inventory, OTIF, and launches for multi-SKU products. 7+ years of experience required, B.Tech preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years total experience in planning / supply chain.
• Minimum 4–5 years hands-on experience in BOTH Demand Planning and Production Planning.
• Manager / Senior Manager-level experience in PPC / Planning.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP, S&OE, MRP, MPS, and Capacity Planning.
• Strong understanding of OTIF, Forecast Accuracy, MAPE, Bias, SKU Planning, and Inventory Management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP / ERP, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead Demand Planning and Production Planning activities.
• Drive demand forecasting, SKU-level planning, MAPE, Bias, and forecast accuracy.
• Develop production plans based on demand, capacity, material availability, and inventory.
• Lead S&OP / S&OE planning reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Manage MRP, MPS, Capacity Planning, and Inventory Planning.
• Monitor OTIF, inventory health, excess and non-moving inventory.
• Track orders from planning through production and dispatch.
• Monitor planning KPIs, capacity utilization, and production performance.
• Support new product launches and multi-SKU planning.
• Prepare MIS, KPI dashboards, and management reports.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and cross-functional coordination.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Demand & Production Planning to manage end-to-end Demand Planning, Production Planning, and Supply Planning in an FMCG environment.

The candidate must have minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in both Demand Planning and Production Planning , with strong expertise in forecasting, S&OP, MRP, MPS, capacity planning, inventory optimization, and KPI management.
