Job summary

Godrej Security Solutions in Bengaluru invites a Marketing professional to lead Local Area Marketing initiatives, conceptualize B2C & B2B activities, and drive retail branding and display across regional outlets.

You will execute brand campaigns, manage collateral at branches, build a vendor database, and ensure budget adherence while supporting organizational Kaizens and compliance programs. Travel 10-12 days per month is required.

Job Description

• 1. Local Area Marketing Initiative / Conceptualization.
  • - Developing an annual calendar of B2C (Business to Customers) & B2B (Business to Business) activities.
  • - Implementing the quarterly Activity Calendar and track its completion targeting the B2C segment
  • - Implementing the quarterly Activity Calendar and track its completion targeting the B2B segment
• 2. Retail Branding & Display.
  • Identifying opportunities & implementing effective branding at all retail outlets to build visibility
  • Recommending and ensuring display at each outlet as per set visual merchandize guidelines
• 3. Execution at locations
  • Implementing brand campaigns at the ground level
  • Ensuring effective Collateral Management at the branch level
• 4. Market Intelligence
  • Building a database of suitable vendors for successful implementation
• 5. Budget Management
  • Ensuring budget adherence across marketing initiatives in the region.
