About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Senior Executive - App Delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering campaigns, managing relationships with global publishers, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong commercial mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the mobile attribution ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Publisher Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and onboard high-performing global publishers and networks to expand app distribution channels.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with existing international publishers.
• Deal Negotiation: Lead commercial discussions to negotiate competitive payouts, terms, and close partnership deals successfully.
• Campaign Delivery: Oversee day-to-day app delivery operations, ensuring performance milestones and quality metrics are met.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in an App Delivery, Mobile User Acquisition, or Performance Marketing role.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, and Singular.
• Network: An existing network or proven track record of building relationships with global mobile publishers.
• Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Core Competencies: Strong negotiation tactics, a collaborative team spirit, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
