Job summary

Deluxe Recycling in India seeks an Executive/Sr Executive/AM-Sales Marketing for Commodity Sales. The role reports to Area Head Commodity Sales and focuses on inventory checks, auction quantity finalization, and ERP-based order creation.

You will negotiate rates, monitor price realization, coordinate with plant heads, and manage payments with customers and accounts. 3–6 years of commodity sales experience and a relevant degree are required. Location: Faridabad, Haryana.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in tech or commercial streams (Dip/ BE/ BTech, BCom, BBA).
• Desirable PG diploma in Sales/Merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Check inventory levels and obtain generation details from plants for auction quantities.
• Create sale orders in ERP and get them approved in ERP (New Buyer add, buyer activate, item code).
• Ensure reporting into systems and update product plant into BI.
• Negotiate rates with customers and analyze price realization across units.
• Coordinate with accounts for payment follow-up and update in system.
• Discuss issues with plant heads/coordinators and resolve ERP/BI concerns.

Job Summary

Position: FLO - Sales Marketing - Commodity Sales. Job Band: A. Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive / AM-Sales Marketing. No. of Posts: 1 (One). Department: Commodity Sales. Reporting to: Area Head Commodity Sales.

Qualifications

• Essential: Graduate or Post Graduate professional Degree in Tech or commercial stream - Dip/ BE/ BTech in any stream /B Com/ BBA etc
• Desirable: Post Graduate professional Degree / diploma specialization in Sales/ Merchandising

Experience

3 to 6 years of experience in commodity sales function.

Desirable Experience

• Experience of regionally specific disposals sales and customer interactions.
• Plant experience will be added advantage.

Job Profile

• Responsible for checking inventory levels and get generation details from plants and also check to finalise Auction Quantities.
• Based on approved auctions, create sale orders in ERP, and approved in ERP (New Buyer add, buyer activate, item code activate etc.).
• Ensure all reporting into systems and update product plant into BI.
• Carry out rate negotiations with customers for final goods along with periodically analyse price realisation across the units takes necessary action to improve it.
• Verify debit/credit note collection Coordinate with Customer relationships executive to follow up with customers.
• Discuss with plant heads/coordinators lifting issues, BI issues, ERP issues, dead item disposals, other issues.
• Sending documents to CMR LLC for payment after getting payment follow up with accounts to update in system.
