Econz Cloud in Bengaluru is seeking an organized Executive Admin & IT Support to handle day-to-day office administration while providing first-level IT support to employees.

You will coordinate with vendors, manage IT assets, handle procurement, and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues. The role demands proactive problem-solving and strong coordination skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in CA/IT/BA or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage administration, facilities, vendors, assets, and IT coordination.
  • Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, internet, and other facility vendors.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and administrative requirements.
  • Manage office maintenance - electrical, plumbing, AC issues, office furniture, infrastructure, and AMC management.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, seating arrangements, meeting rooms, utilities, and repairs.
  • Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, Wi-Fi, printers, email, connectivity issues & other IT.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues related to laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
  • Manage IT asset allocation, tracking, returns, repairs, replacements, and inventory records across both offices.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding with IT assets, email accounts, system access, and other requirements.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for hardware, software, internet, AMC, warranty, and technical support.
  • Maintain records of IT assets, licenses, subscriptions, warranties, repairs, and service requests.
  • Coordinate and monitor vendor quotations, service quality, renewals, and contractual requirements.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT team or external service provider and track them through resolution.
  • Assist employees and management with day-to-day administrative, facilities, and IT-related requirements.
  • Maintain vendor records, invoices, service agreements, expenses, and other administrative documentation.
  • Ensure consistent administration and facility standards.
  • Ensure adherence to company ISMS policies and promptly report any potential information security incidents.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Applications, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 5 years of experience in IT support, office administration, or a combination of both.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking, Wi-Fi, printers, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in IT asset management and vendor coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with common business applications.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide timely support to employees.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Proactive approach with good problem-solving and customer service skills.
