Job summary

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd is seeking a Sr. Executive to lead manufacturing activities at our site. The role requires extensive experience in microsphere handling, aseptic processing, and line qualification.

You will drive cGMP compliance, coordinate audits, and manage line personnel to meet production targets. Educational qualifications include B. Pharm or M.Pharm with 7–10 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• B. Pharm or M.Pharm required.
• Experience in microsphere products and aseptic manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with qualification/validation activities (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Exposure to regulatory audits and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Hands on experience for Microsphere product handling and power filling line handling.
• Knowledge of aseptic practices and media fill related qualification.
• Area and equipment qualification (DQ, FDS, IQ, OQ and PQ) / validation activity.
• Managerial skill to lead line activities and handle manpower.
• cGMP expertise.
• Exposure to regulatory audits like US FDA, EU, TGA and customer audits.
• Experience with QMS changes, CAPA, deviations in TrackWise and D2 software.
• Lean Sigma knowledge, OEE improvement, manpower utilization.
• Ability to achieve line-wise production targets.

Key responsibilities:
