Job summary

Sun Pharma in India seeks a candidate to manage production equipment including granulation, capsule filling, and coating lines, ensuring cGMP compliance and accurate documentation. The role includes SAP data entry and adherence to SOPs and BMRs.

The ideal candidate holds a B.Pharma degree and has a diligent, collaborative approach to manufacturing operations, with a focus on quality and process integrity.

Qualifications

• B.Pharma degree is required.
• Knowledge of cGMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle production equipment such as Granulation, Capsule Filling, Compression, and Coater equipment as per SOP/BMR.
• Check and verify cleaning and operation of Production Area equipment, instruments, containers and accessories per SOP/BMR.
• Verify operation of equipment, instruments, containers and accessories as per SOP/BMR.
• Fill and check all documents like BMR, logbook and other formats per SOP.
• Upkeep and maintain the area/equipment per cGMP requirement.
• Check and verify status labels of area, equipment, instrument, material, containers and accessories per SOP.
• Control and minimize production loss during manufacturing activity.
• Take trials after preventive maintenance work of respective equipment.
• Check and verify environment condition, pressure differential, calibration of balance and other metrological instruments as per schedule.
• Check and verify material management and all types of rejections as per GMP.
• Enter online data in SAP.
• Check storage, labeling of tools & spares/change parts; inform senior of defects.
• Perform in-process checks and record in BMR and logbook.

Key responsibilities:

• To handle all Production Equipment’s like Granulation Equipment’s, Capsule Filling Equipment’s, Compression Equipment’s and Coater.


• To check and verify cleaning and operation of Production Area equipment’s,Instruments, Containers, and Accessories etc.as per their respective SOP and BMR


• Tocheck and verify operationof Equipment’s, Instruments, Containers, Accessories etc.as per their respective SOPand BMR.


• Tofill and check alldocuments like BMR, Log book and other formats as per SOP.


• To upkeep and maintain the Area / Equipment as per cGMP requirement.


• Tocheck and verify status label of Area, Equipment, Instrument, Material, Containers and Accessories as per SOP.


• To control and minimize production loss during manufacturing activity.
