Nexus Manpower Solutions is seeking an experienced logistics professional to lead end-to-end ODC shipments and related operations. The role focuses on optimizing cargo movement, slot procurement, and stakeholder coordination.

You will build strong relationships with customers, freight forwarders, and service providers while driving efficiency and cost savings in port and vessel planning processes.

• Managed end-to-end operations for Over Dimensional Cargo (ODC) shipments, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective cargo movement.
• Managed SOC (Shipper-Owned Container) slot procurement, negotiating rates and securing vessel space with shipping lines and service providers.
• Coordinated with port terminals, shipping lines, transporters, and operational teams to ensure seamless cargo handling and vessel planning.
• Maintained strong relationships with customers, freight forwarders, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborated with principals and internal departments to optimize logistics processes and improve operational efficiency.
