Location: Faridabad, Haryana. Primary responsibilities include using portals like Naukri and LinkedIn, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining HR records.

Qualifications

• MBA/PG in HR from a reputed institute (2 years Full Time) is essential.
• 3–5 years of experience as a corporate recruiter in medium or small size industries.
• Experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, JobHain, Hirest, IIM Jobs, Monster etc.
• Exposure to HRIS/ATS tools would be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification:

Essential– MBA/ Post graduate degree or diploma in Human Resource management /Personnel Management(2 years Full Time) from Institute of repute.

Desired: - Degree / Diploma / certification related to Talent Acquisition.

Experience:

Essential:Around 3-5 years of experience as a corporate Recruiter in medium or small size industries.

Candidate should be well versed with Job portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Hain, Hirest, IIM Jobs, Monster etc.

Desired: Experience in campus Recruitment / ATS applications would be an added advantage.

Exposure of hiring through HRIS – Darwin Box , People Soft, SAP, success factor Etc.

Position description:This role will own sourcing, Interview, Background verification and offer Coordination to hire new talent. The Job involves mainly coordination with consultantfreelance & hiring manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Posting on various Job portals.

2. Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Profile

3. Execute behavioural based phone interviews, video conferences and/or in person interviews pre-screen candidates

4. Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.

5. Maintaining HR records, such as those related to joining, leaves, exit etc..

6. Preparation of CTC for offering.

7. Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.

8. Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities including preparation of letters such as offer and confirmation.

Core Competencies:

1. Proven work experience as a Corporate Recruiter.

2. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)

3. Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc.)

4. Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource

5. Management Systems (HRMS)

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Must have basic MS Excel knowledge to keep entries of interviewed candidates.

General:

Age – Below 30 years.

CTC – 3.6 LPA to 6.8 LPA approx. CTC Not a constraint for suitable candidate.

Male candidate should be given advantage, Candidate should not be frequent job changer.

Notice Period- Joining period Max 30 Days. We can buy notice period, if required
