Job summary

CMR Green Technologies Limited, part of CMR Group, invites applications for FLO- Electrical Maintenance in Surendranagar, Gujarat. The role requires a Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering and 3–6 years of experience in electrical maintenance within manufacturing.

You will ensure high machine availability, prepare maintenance plans, manage spares, create work orders, and generate KPI reports while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Desirable: Advance Maintenance certification/course.
• 3–6 years' experience in electrical maintenance in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability of machines for the production team.
• Create work orders for maintenance as per maintenance plan and assign responsibilities to team of electricians/fitters.
• Create material requisition and follow-up with stores team regarding receipt of material.
• Generate purchase orders for services required and ensure timely availability of services.
• Report daily progress status on shutdown/turnaround activities.
• Prepare shutdown/turnaround completion report and communicate to relevant dept. heads.
• Ensure timely and safe execution of activities in central workshop.
• Prepare daily observation report of maintenance activities.
• Prepare monthly KPI report.
• Support maintenance lead in managing maintenance masters.
• Ensure proper maintenance of tools.
• Ensure optimal consumption of spares and consumables without impacting equipment performance.
