Job summary

Sonepar India, Gurgaon-based leader in B2B electrical distribution, seeks an experienced automation professional to lead on-site customer deployments and drive OEM automation projects. The role focuses on team leadership, application execution for motion control, and delivering integrated electrical solutions across industrial and commercial segments.

Degree in ECE/EEE preferred; 8–10 years of relevant experience required.

Qualifications

• Graduation preferred in B.Tech/Diploma in ECE/IC/EEE.
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in automation.
• Experience with Motion products and Visual Basic language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute automation application for on-site and off-site customers.
• EU solution development and implementation.
• Active engagement in service revenue business.
• Monitor and manage timely submission of customer reports and site status.

JOB PURPOSE

Visiting On-site customers, understanding/execution of automation applications & Team Management (OEM – Team Lead)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute automation application for on-site & off-site customers.
• EU solution development.
