Job summary

HR Innovation Group in Pune/Chakan is seeking a Post-SR. ENGINEER-MARKETING with 5-10 years of experience to manage end-to-end sales cycles from RFQ to payment collection. The role focuses on market development across domestic and overseas markets and requires BE/DME/MBA credentials.

You will support senior management in planning marketing strategies, handle pricing and quotations, and drive negotiations with key decision makers while coordinating with ERP systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in sales/marketing roles.
• Education: BE / DME / MBA.
• Experience working in ERP environment.
• Ability to interact with key decision makers, negotiate and close contracts.

Responsibilities

• RFQ generation, feasibility study, costing, pricing, quotations, contract negotiations, payment collection.
• Business development in domestic and overseas markets.
• Support to senior management for marketing strategies and sales planning.
• Participate in trade fairs and customer events.
• Build and maintain key accounts, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
• Develop catalogues, brochures and company website content.
• Conduct market research using internet and trade directories.
