You will mentor junior engineers, correlate models with test data, and advance NVH methods using ABAQUS, ANSYS, NASTRAN, HyperWorks and VA One, ensuring alignment with design and manufacturing objectives.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of proven NVH analysis and CAE simulation experience.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of NVH simulations using advanced CAE tools.
• Develop and define NVH performance targets and specifications for vehicle systems and components.
• Conduct comprehensive NVH analyses, including modal, frequency response, acoustic, and transient simulations.
• Interpret complex simulation results, identify root causes of NVH issues, and propose effective design solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, testing, and manufacturing teams to integrate NVH considerations throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Correlate simulation models with physical test data, refine models, and improve prediction accuracy.
• Drive the continuous improvement of NVH methodologies, tools, and best practices within the team.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering their growth in NVH expertise.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, presentations, and documentation of NVH analysis and recommendations.
• Stay abreast of emerging NVH technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to ensure cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-8 years of proven experience in NVH analysis and CAE simulation within the automotive or similar industry.
