Secure Job Consultant seeks a maintenance lead for a hot rolling mill in India. The role focuses on leading maintenance across roughing, intermediate, and finishing stands, ensuring equipment reliability and process continuity.

You will monitor hydraulic and pneumatic systems, troubleshoot leaks, pressure drops, and actuator failures to maintain stable operations, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.

Job description

Lead maintenance activities in hot rolling mill with responsibility for roughing, intermediate, and finishing stands. Conducted preventive and corrective maintenance of rolling mill equipments (Gearbox, shears, loopers, hyd system , Rehaeting furnace).

Required Candidate profile

Monitored performance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems in rolling mills, troubleshooting leaks, pressure drops, and actuator failures to maintain stable operations. breakdown, and shutdown maintenance
