Job summary

Captain Steel India Limited in Asansol is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to lead the operation and maintenance of plant utilities essential to the rolling mill.

You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance, monitor energy use, and seek efficiency improvements while coordinating with a skilled team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hot Rolling Mill mandatory.
• Relevant experience in the respective role.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation and maintenance of plant utilities: water cooling systems, cooling towers, pumps, air compressors, and hydraulic and lubrication systems supporting the rolling mill.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of utility equipment to ensure uninterrupted supply to the mill.
• Monitor utility performance, water treatment and energy consumption, and implement efficiency improvements.
