Job summary

VM Placement Solutions in India seeks an experienced maintenance engineer to enhance reliability of Ring Rolling Mills and associated automation systems. You will lead preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance to improve OEE, MTBF and MTTR, while driving TPM, Kaizen and cost optimization, with focus on high equipment availability.

The role includes troubleshooting across Ring Rolling, Welding, Hydraulic, Mechanical, Electrical, PLC/VFD/servo & Automation systems and managing spares,

Qualifications

Experience in troubleshooting and reliability improvement of Ring Rolling, Welding, Hydraulic, Mechanical, Electrical, PLC/VFD/servo & Automation systems.
