Job summary

WIKA Group in Ambattur, Chennai is seeking a maintenance supervisor with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in CNC, VMC, DG sets and compressors. You will plan and execute maintenance, coordinate teams and contractors, and ensure safe, compliant operations. A BE/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics is required, plus ISO internal audit familiarity.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years in a supervisory role with hands-on maintenance experience.
• Experience in maintenance planning and execution for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with fire safety equipment and ISO internal audit concepts.
