Job summary

WIKA Group is seeking aMechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing engineer in India to engage with customers, translate requirements into tailored solutions, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet market needs. The role emphasizes compliance with industry standards and overseeing drawings, BOMs, and related processes to support primary flow components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related field) is required.
• Diploma in mechanical engineering is required.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring designs meet standards is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with sales, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, assembly and testing to ensure designs meet needs and market requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, quality standards and company policies.
• Oversee completion and release of GA drawings, manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and related processes for primary flow components per customer requirements and amendments.

• Engage with customers to understand their specific requirements, providing tailored solutions that meet their needs.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, assembly and testing) to ensure that designs meet customer needs and market requirements.Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, quality standards and company policies.To ensure completion & release of GA drawings, manufacturing drawings, bill of material, other processes for primary flow components as per customer requirements & amendment thereofSuggest and implement design modifications to improve product performance and address any field issues encountered during operationUnderstand the various ISO standards requirements and fulfil the same.
