Radiansys Technologies is seeking a motivated Domestic IT Recruiter with 1+ year of experience to join our growing recruitment team. The role focuses on hiring for India-based technical positions across multiple technologies and domains.

You will source, screen, and shortlist candidates for domestic IT roles, handle full-time, contract, and contract-to-hire requirements, and manage interview scheduling, offers, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with IT roles in the Indian market is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for domestic IT positions across various technologies.
• Work on full-time, contract, and contract-to-hire requirements.
• Utilize job portals such as Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate pipelines, submissions, and follow-ups.
• Assist with offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
