Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a similar product ownership role in corporate or startup environments.
• Experience rolling out digital/online initiatives.
• Digital marketing experience is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of the digital environment and agile methodology.
• Experience with ecommerce, CRM, and related product domains (B2B).
• SAP experience desirable (ECC, Hana, or Commerce).
• Experience Scrum mastering or related roles.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Create and maintain product roadmap and facilitate detailed pipeline management, prioritisation and product backlog grooming
• Functional design responsibility for enhancements and customer requests - functional lead in feature improvements to drive better customer experience
• Backlog pipeline management and Scrum Master responsibilities.
• Customer Relationship Engagement and co-ordination of digital marketing agency
• Co-ordination of data analytics and insights for the product team
• Business change management - assist BU with rollout of new features and improvements
• Provide guidance and support to product support team for the purpose of delivering superior customer service.
• Identify and implement operational improvements to optimise processes and customer experience where applicable.
• Review and diagnose opportunities for improvement to address goals of the product.
• Evaluate success of features in line with growth hacking process and customer insights.
• Lead discussions and improvement concepts with customers as applicable.
• Facilitate sprint planning, execution, retrospectives and blocker removal.
• Provide functional leadership to the development team on new feature and enhancements.
• Ideation in accordance with design thinking and lean startup techniques, drive improvement through experimentation and growth hacking methodologies.
• Organise and lead relevant training sessions with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Take ownership of all bugs and issues, driving prioritisation and resolution in a timely manner.
• Prepare analytical and business reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends.
• Provide ongoing measurement and tracking of initiatives and conduct relevant post implementation reviews to assess effectiveness.
• Analyse stakeholder requests for improvements and develop functional, process and data view perspectives on the requirements for use by the development team.
• Comply with WHSE authorities in accordance with the responsibilities matrix

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years previous experience ina similar owner in either corporate or startup environment
• Strong business and analytical skills
• Previous experience in rollingout digital/online initiatives
• Previous experience in digitalmarketing advantageous
• Strong understanding of thedigital environment and working in agile methodology
• Experience in the product egecommerce, CRM etc, especially in a B2B scenario
• SAP experience highly desirable,including SAP ECC, Hana or SAP Commerce
• Business domain knowledge inquote to cash and / or loyalty programs desirable
• Experience scrum mastering orsimilar roles required
• Strong internal and externalstakeholder management
• Able to lead and engage people
