Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Owner / Sr. Product Owner to drive digital commerce initiatives across web and mobile apps. You will own product areas end-to-end, collaborate with design, engineering, QA, operations and business teams, and translate analytics into actionable enhancements.

Location preference includes Noida, with options for Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi; CST overlap required; strong knowledge of ecommerce, payments, and analytics is essential.

Qualifications

• Ideally 6–10 years of product ownership/digital commerce experience.
• Proven experience with end-to-end ownership of digital products (web/mobile).
• Experience in analytics-driven product prioritization and KPI measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own sub-product areas end-to-end (e.g., digital payments, recommendations, registrations).
• Collaborate with design, engineering, QA, operations and business teams across distributed environments.
• Leverage agile processes and DevOps tooling to track backlog, sprints and delivery.

Must-Have**

• (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) Product Owner / Digital Commerce Experience
• Generic eCommerce / digital retail experience across web and mobile app channels.
• Specific experience with bottom-of-funnel commerce products such as cart, checkout, fulfillment, and payments.
• Ability to own a sub-product area end to end, for example digital payments, product recommendations, or account registration.
• Understanding of agile digital operations, leveraging Azure DevOps / ADO toolset for backlog, sprint, and delivery tracking.
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or similar data tools for KPI measurement, analysis, and actionable insights.
• Ability to perform basic financial analyses to support product prioritization and benefit tracking.
• Understanding of digital retail technologies including search platforms, CMS, APIs, service layers, and integrations.
• Availability to overlap with CST hours up to at least noon or 1 PM CST.
• Good-to-Have Digital health / pharmacy domain experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with constantly changing priorities and delivery deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with design, engineering, QA, operations, and business teams in distributed environments.
