Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to design, build, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules. You will configure workflows, forms, reports, and integrations to optimize platform functionality and provide Tier-1 technical support.

Ideal candidates hold ITIL/V3 or ServiceNow certifications and have hands-on experience with Discovery, Incident Management, Platform, and Sales/Order Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, CS, IT, or Master's in Software Engineering.
• ITIL V3 Foundation or ServiceNow Certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Incident Management, Platform and Sales/Order Management.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business needs;
• Configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and integrations to optimize platform functionality;
• Provide technical expertise and support for ServiceNow platform including troubleshooting and issue resolution;
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of ServiceNow solutions;
• Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
