Job summary

Genpact is seeking experienced ServiceNow QA professionals to drive functional and integration testing across MES/PLM interfaces in an agile environment. The role focuses on SIT, UAT, and regression testing to ensure robust deployments.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ServiceNow workflows and configurations, plus hands-on API testing with Postman and defect management, with a manufacturing domain background. Office-based in India with flexible time.

Job Description

• Strong experience in ServiceNow functional, integration, SIT, UAT and regression testing .
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, integrations, business rules and configurations.
• Experience with ATF, API testing/Postman and defect management .
• Strong manufacturing domain knowledge , including plant operations, assets, maintenance, work orders and production support.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with MES, PLM or other manufacturing systems .
• Strong Agile/Scrum and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow certification is preferred.
