Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Sr. Consultant for Enterprise Application focusing on ServiceNow.

Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and design ServiceNow solutions, configure and customize the platform, implement integrations, and provide technical guidance. You will stay updated on ServiceNow features and best practices, troubleshoot issues, and document configurations for training.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in relevant engineering/computer field required.
• ITIL v3 Foundation and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and best practices.
