A leading design firm in India is seeking an experienced design leader to establish design directions and oversee corporate office projects. The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of experience, with strong leadership skills and expertise in design tools like AutoCAD and SketchUp. Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience in corporate office interiors, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage teams and juggle priorities.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating project ownership, creativity, and functional solutions.
• Proficiency in design and visualization tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.
• Deep knowledge of workspace ergonomics, sustainability, and compliance codes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to manage teams, juggle priorities, and deliver under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Lead and inspire a team of architects and interior designers.
• Encourage a culture of creativity, ownership, and continuous learning.
• Define and implement team workflows, review systems, and design protocols.
• Oversee multiple workplace projects from concept to completion.
• Conduct design reviews, material audits, and on-site quality checks.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and design specifications.
• Stay ahead of global design trends, sustainable practices, and technology in workplace design.
• Promote research-based and data-driven design solutions.
• Champion the integration of user experience and well-being into design thinking.
• Collaborate with BD, project management, and execution teams for smooth project delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to align vision and execution.
