Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall design philosophy, guidelines, and standards
• Lead concept direction for all key projects and new centers
• Ensure strong differentiation from competitors through design innovation
• Partner closely with Sales for high-value client pitches and conversions
• Align design solutions with client business needs and commercial goals
• Collaborate with Delivery teams to ensure design feasibility and execution quality
• Work with QS (Quantity Surveying) for cost control and value engineering
• Build and maintain design templates, libraries, and playbooks
• Standardize BOQs, detailing, and documentation practices
• Introduce new materials, technologies, and industry trends
• Build, mentor, and manage a team of architects, designers, and 3D specialists
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Projects, and Operations teams
• Ensure seamless coordination from concept to execution
