Job Description – Senior Customer Care Executive (Sr. CCE)
Location: Surat
Responsibilities
Handle and supervise customer interactions via calls, email, and chat in a professional manner.
Resolve complex customer queries, complaints, and provide end-to-end support.
Support team members in handling difficult or unresolved cases.
Assist clients with stock market services such as account queries, freeze/unfreeze requests, and transactions.
Manage back‑office operations for Mutual Funds and PMS, including transaction processing (purchase, redemption, switch), client queries related to holdings, NAV, statements and reports, coordination with AMCs and internal teams for issue resolution.
Handle IPO‑related activities, including assisting clients with IPO bidding/application process, resolving IPO‑related queries (status, allotment, mandate issues), coordinating with clients and banking channels for smooth processing, ensuring smooth coordination with internal departments (Operations, RM Team, Compliance), maintaining proper records, MIS reports and customer interaction data.
Identify customer needs and provide prompt, accurate solutions.
Suggest process improvements and contribute to overall service quality.
Required Skills
