Quotient Consultancy is seeking a Virtual Relationship Manager for our Smart Branch in Mumbai, with location listed as Malad. The role reports to Unit Manager and offers a salary up to 6.5 lakh per year.

You will manage mapped customers, generate revenue, improve book balance and cross-sell products, while ensuring quality and compliance in every interaction. This position requires a graduate with at least 50% and a minimum of two years’ VRM experience, with strong influencing and negotiation

• Graduate with at least 50% marks.
• Minimum 2 years of VRM experience.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications, CRM and LMS.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a strong foundation in customer relationship management by making outbound calls to Existing and New to Bank Customers.
• Build a better book value and strong customer relationships while cross-selling services.
• Ensure quality and compliance in every customer interaction.
• Migrate customers to new channels/platforms for banking services.
• Track and review self-performance for continuous improvement.

A. Position Purpose

Effectively manage mapped customers, generate revenue, improve book balance and cross-sell products.

Position Responsibilities

• 2) Focus on developing and implementing a strong foundation in customer relationship management by making outbound calls to Existing and New to Bank Customers.
• 3) Work towards building a better book value, relationship with customers and manage to source services with customer Cross-sell
• 4) Ensure quality and compliance process is followed on every interaction with the customer.
• 5 ) Innovatively migrates customer to different channels / platform for banking service provided by the bank
• Tracks and Maintains self-performance for review purpose.

B. Qualifications and Experience Requirement

• Min 2 Years of Experience as a VRM
• Good influencing and Negotiation skills
• Knowledge on tools and flow to be used to monitor (e.g. Microsoft applications, CRM , LMS etc.,)
