Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Consultant - Enterprise Application focused on Oracle N but with Workday Extend expertise to architect and deliver scalable, secure Workday-based solutions.

You will lead design, integration, and deployment efforts, mentoring teams and collaborating with stakeholders across the enterprise. The role demands deep Workday Extend capabilities, strong integration experience, and proven leadership in technical discussions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Workday Extend, Workday HCM, and Workday architecture.
• Hands-on experience developing applications using Workday Extend (Orchestrate, UI Components, Business Processes, APIs).
• Expertise in Workday integration technologies: EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with JSON, XML, XSLT, and web service integrations.
• Strong understanding of Workday security frameworks and data governance.
• Proficiency in solution architecture, system design, and application modernization.
• Experience leading technical teams and architecture discussions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
