Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead - Enterprise Application with a focus on Workday Extend to build custom apps on Workday's platform. You will lead development, ensure security compliance, and guide integrations with external systems, transforming business requirements into scalable Extend solutions.

Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - Workday Extend. In this role you will be responsible for leading on building custom apps and solutions directly on top of leveraging Workday's existing security and data models. Lead in understanding the requirement and accordingly create unique applications for things like employee onboarding expense requests or recognition programs streamlining processes retiring legacy systems and extending Workday's functionality to meet specific business needs without complex integrations.
