Genpact is seeking a Lead Consultant - Enterprise Application specializing in Oracle and Workday integrations. Qualifications

• Strong experience with Workday HCM Technical development.
• Expertise in Workday Studio, EIB Core Connectors, BIRT Reporting and security.
• Experience with XML, XSLT, XPath, SOAP, REST APIs, JSON.
• Knowledge of integration technologies and middleware tools.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Build and maintain Workday custom reports, advanced reports, matrix reports, and dashboards.
• Create and manage calculated fields, business processes, and security configurations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Workday HCM.
• Develop inbound and outbound interfaces between Workday and third-party applications.
• Perform end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Support Workday releases, enhancements, and production deployments.
• Monitor integration performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, HR teams, and external vendors.
• Create technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment guides.

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using: EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) Core Connectors Workday Studio Cloud Connect REST/SOAP APIs
• Build and maintain Workday custom reports, advanced reports, matrix reports, and dashboards.
• Create and manage calculated fields, business processes, and security configurations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Workday HCM.
• Develop inbound and outbound interfaces between Workday and third‑party applications.
• Perform end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Support Workday releases, enhancements, and production deployments.
• Monitor integration performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, HR teams, and external vendors.
• Create technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment guides.
• Participate in Workday tenant management activities and release impact assessments.
